So I'm sure I've had him for a long time ever since the amiibo update came out, and I used to like him but now I want to make room for different villagers! I've been using the time travel trick on a commonly used thread that's worked with my non-amiibo villagers, but it's not working on Wolf Link for some reason... It's because he's an amiibo villager? I've been TTing all over the place and he hasn't pinged once, I don't even remember him asking at all. Should I just keep time traveling or is it just near impossible to move him out? :(

If it's this hard to move him out, I'll just wait for a new homebrew entrypoint for 11.4 and edit him out with a save editor. D:

i think you have to force him out with another amiibo card but i'm not sure? like i think amiibo card villagers stay in your village permanently, unless evicted.

oh my, i really hope this isn't the case! because I have no other amiibo and i'd hate to spend money on amiibo cards or packs just to kick one villager out c':

I think I remember someone telling me that amiibo CARD villagers can move out naturally but I'm not sure of the special ones like W. Link, Ganondorf, Epona, Meldi, and the splatoon villager?

if you scan a villager by an amiibo card, they can ask to move out but they're just more unlikely to than one that isn't scanned. it's best to force them to move out by getting another card

I seeee- i assume this includes non-card amiibo too, like all of the zelda amiibo? thats where i got him from! but like i said ive seen others talk about their card villagers moving out, but I'm not sure about the figure ones ^ ^;
Well if he CAN move out, I'll just keep time traveling since I can't really afford any more amiibo or amiibo cards ^//^ omg this is confusing.

I didn't know this. I have him in my town, but I hacked him in, so I guess I could just hack him back out if I got tired of him.

Hope you can convince that bad wolf to pack his bags and leave!

Amiibo Villager = Not move out.

Some people say they Ping but is totally random. I have the theory from someone else that the Ping when you don't TT, weird, but well, is just a theory.
