Villagers wanting to move like CRAZY after the update

So you know if you have 10 villagers, you will have more villagers moving out and it will be faster until someone wants to move? Well, the update made it so they had 10 days before they move. But now they always want to move! Every 2-4 days someone pings me saying they want to move. I have 10 villagers.

I noticed this too. It's almost every day for me, at least every 2 days they ask to move u_u.

its annoying because i have a bunch of villagers i want to keep but they keep pinging me to move out. it's never greta or ozzie and i want them to move out, ugh.

I know! In Bunifrey, I had Chrissy, Cole, Coco, and O'Hare all wanted to move out every. Single. Day.

I always play my towns every day to prevent anyone leaving, but c'mon, Nintendo. This is ridiculous.

I find that I villager wants to move every 3 days. Not every day though :/

This has been bothering me too. Within 5 days I had Whitney, Flurry, Chief, Pekoe and Whitney AGAIN ping me to move. The paranoia is real. Well, I guess it's time to never take breaks again.

EDIT: i went on today and dierdre asked to move out.. coincidence??? because i only downloaded the amiibo update and thats it

Really? Because I had a long drought after Rolf moved in where nobody pinged me to move out. Although lately it's been a little more persistant. But the long drought I had was after the update, so... I guess it's just luck based?

All these villagers tryna leave, but the Amiibo move ins refuse to ping. I suffer. I refuse to buy amiibo cards that I don't want.

Francine pinged to move exactly 1 day after Cookie told me she was moving. I thought it was a glitch at first.

I get this unexpectedly and usually with a villager I like.

I didnt realize it at first because I time travel so much and Im just annoyed Pashmina refuses to ping me to leave but now that I read this I realized my villagers are pinging me every 1-2 days as well :s I guess it makes up for the fact that it takes 10 days for a villager to move. For someone who doesn't time travel it would be 15 days minimum for a chance to move a villager out after declining someone else so maybe they wanted to mitigate that?

Hah, this thread actually saved me from losing Deirdre. I got suspicious because I haven't had anyone ping me about moving in a while, and sure enough there was someone planning on leaving. Deirdre said she'd move out on the 27th so it was a close call! Better keep a closer eye on the villagers. I thought the longer notice time'd make it so that we could relax but it seems not if villagers want to move more often than before. That kind of defeats the idea. I wonder why they even changed this thing if the process of someone moving out still takes about the same than before.
