Villagers that make you feel nostalgic?

I love Aurora and all but as far as Nostalgia goes, Bill and Dotty are classics that make me think of my Gamecube town.

Drago, my favorite villager in ac, was my first lazy villager in acnl. When he first came to my town I was like "cool a dragon villager!" I love dragons so that having him in my town was really good. After that we became best buds and he was the first villager that I got a pic from.

Flora was my first peppy villager. I'll always remember her for her weird requests. The first request she gave me in the gave was for me to find a wharf roach. A wharf roach? Why would you want THAT? After that any weird request I get from a villager has now become a "Flora request"

Basically all my Wild World palls: Savannah, Whitney, Blaire, Peanut, Agent S and Static.

Filbert from WW. I remember he used to flirt with me because Lazy villagers did that before smugs were created. Kinda liked em better that way honestly. The way his eyes/eyebrows look gives off that old AC feel to me

Wolfgang. He was a bro in NL. I could stand to not include him on my island now, but he kept the same miyama stag I gave him one summer for over a year up until I reset.

Samson, I guess? He used to be in like every town I had but I was never crazy attached to him or anything

ruby and erik haven't lived on my island yet, but they were starters in my first ever animal crossing game and town. i still haven't let them leave, because i love them so much! i saw erik on an island the other day, but i ended up passing (MY HEART) because i have his amiibo card anyway and i was searching for a snooty or uchi, which i didn't have any of on my island. hoping to have them move in eventually bc i miss my babies

honestly a little worried erik's just going to talk about bugs all day like my other lazies have ;;; i wish the lazy dialogue were more sleeping and eating focused like it was in new leaf, not bug focused ;;

As I waited for my New Horizons game to arrive, I played quite a bit of Pocket Camp there. Me and Antonio became besties and I appointed him as my camp caretaker. I left my campsite behind, but Antonio is moving in today!

I played WW and I was really attached to Dotty, she was my favorite one in WW and having her back on NH after so many years just make me dfskhfkdshf <3

I remember playing the Gamecube Animal Crossing as a kid and always loving Lucky. Then in Wild World, my favorite villagers that I had in my town were Pecan and Kiki. With New Horizons, I really wanted to focus on having one of each personality, but ive tried to balance that with having a mix of old and new characters as well. I was able to find Pecan without using an amiibo card and that has made me very happy haha. Now to just get one of Lucky...

 

[Spooky.]

Antonio. He was one of my first villagers ever in New Leaf, and seeing him reminds me of the memories of that game and how it got me hooked on the series.

Kiki and Ribbot for being in every game I've ever had.

Dora for being a staple in my GC town for years

The biggest one for me is Apollo since he was one of my villagers in WW, my first AC game.

Ohh... Puck, Moe, Bob, Goldie, Cookie, Leopold, Peanut, Peewee, Tank... I know there was a Chicken or Eagle villager I had in WW or Gamecube but I can't remember! But these guys were all either in my WW/GC town at some point ^_^

Pecan and Pinky. Had them in my GC town and I met up with them again when I got NH. I haven't seen them in around 10 or more years.

God I'm old.

Tom, Papi, Gwen, and Nana. They were one of my first villagers in NL (my first AC game) and will always have a special place in my heart <3

Stitches and Biskit are the only character I remember from my Wild World time, I absolutely adored them. They're also very childhood plushie like.

lucky definitely! ; - ; he was one of my starting villagers when i first played animal crossing, met him again in NL and then when he wanted to move out had a friend adopt him, dropped the game until the new title came out. in NH he was in that same friend's town and she let me adopt him back. when i came to pick him up his generic hello stranger line to me was "have we met before" and i s2g i almost cried LOL

another one is tangy who was also in my NL town and beau (they were neighbors and.... orange...)

Fauna. NL was my first AC game and Fauna was one of my first villagers. I always loved talking to her the most and she was always so pleasant and seeing her walk around my town made me happy.
Kabuki and Pudge have my heart too ❤
