There are soooo many peppies that I thought were different personalities!

- Thought Cheri was uchi (perhaps I was mixing her up with Cherry the dog?)
- Thought Tammi and Anicotti were also uchi.
- Thought Pango and Piper were snooty.
- Thought Bianca, Carmen, Ruby, Dotty, and Wendy were all normal.

The most obvious one is Monty being Cranky, but looks like a Lazy or even Smug. And Rooney is Cranky instead of Jock. Also a lot of Jocks like Teddy, Poncho, Hamlet, Rod etc. which are more of a Lazy Type than Jock. Cody also looks like a Smug instead of a Jock.

Willow looks like a Normal, not a Snooty. Bluebear also looks Normal, but is Peppy. Cheri is Peppy, but looks like a Snooty. Puddles and Patty are Peppy, but should be Normal.

Also Pinky would fit Big Sis (Uchi) more than Peppy. Blair is Snooty, but looks like a Normal.

i thought genji was cranky for the longest time, maybe the default face hes usually shown with. i was surprised when he started talking about muscles

I was convinced Reneigh was a snooty before the game came out, I was shocked when I walked out of the airport that first day and saw her there.

Also, am I the only one who thinks most smugs don't look smug? Aside from obvious ones like Colton, Julian, Beardo or Hippeux, most of them look like they belong in another personality. Lucha should be a jock, Rodney should be a lazy, and Marshal... I don't really think he fits the smug personality, I think he'd be better as a lazy too.

And although she's not available in NH, I always thought Chelsea should've been a peppy.

I was definitely surprised to find out that Audie is peppy.

Also feel like Chief would make a for a great smug villager especially with his NH outfit.

Teddy does not look like a jock. Same with Biff. Neither look like jocks.

Early on in NL I thought Katt was male (smug). This time around I thought Dom was female (normal). It’s cool they don’t look feminine in Katt’s case and masculine in Dom’s, gender stereotypes sucks. I’m glad the translation team didn’t make it a habit of changing their genders because of looks like they did to Gracie and Sahara early on.

I honestly didnt know what to expect from Cobb (Maybe Lazy or Cranky) but turns out hes??? A jock??????

when nh showed the new villagers, i really thought that dom was a lazy with his cute design. i was shocked when i saw him as my starter and realized that he was actually a jock.

judy = peppy
reneigh = snooty (make up, earrings & all)
cyd = jock
dom = lazy

I swore Cyd was a smug the first time I saw him, just because of his expression. He doesn't look like a cranky

- Static no longer looks Cranky since they turned his frown upside down in his design. Because of the eyes, it ends up looking Smug

- Rudy doesn't look like a Jock. I had him as a starter and it kinda threw me - he looks like a male Normal

- Bettina doesn't look Normal, she looks like hitler

I agree about Blaire, Judy, and Audie!
