Villagers that didn't mention moving and are still here

Which villagers did not mention moving out before? For me Chester(native villager), Sylvia and Mac haven't mentioned once about moving.

All of my villagers have tried to move at least once. I guess Our Town needs some help. xD

Skye asked only once, but SHE'S NEVER LEAVING.

Walker and Zucker haven't yet, but they're still pretty new. (I'm worried about Walker, though- he never goes outside so I hope he doesn't plan to move without telling me ;-; ) And I don't think Stitches has either, and he's been in my town a long while.

Whitney has NEVER asked to move out once, but I guess is because she's my tenth villager. Everyone else has asked to move at least once.

I don't think the Mac in my town has asked either, and he's been here a while. Henry and Nan haven't asked, but they're new so it's understandable.

Stitches has been in my cycling town since I started the game. He is the only person who has never asked to move. I've time traveled ahead like 6 months and still going.
