Villager's Pic in the Mail?

Has anyone else had this happen?? (and not from them leaving)
In Parfait; i went to Tangy's house yesterday, and today i recieved her picture in the mail
first time ive recieved a picture like this

Aww not yet Dx I have only gotten leaving villager pics, which also made me sad yet happy lol. I hope I get a pic at some point from my current residents^^

I've gotten several that way. I think maybe they were slated to give you their pics the day before and you just missed talking to them. That is probably not true, but maybe. I do know I got a couple after giving them medicine for three days but then not seeing them the day they were recovered.

Yes, I either went over to Ricky's or he came over to mine, and he mailed me his picture as a reward

Two or three times I got villager pic in the mail. From Merengue and Olivia.. It was a nice surprise- Made me so happy C:

Sydney sent me one the day after her birthday

I've not received any pictures in the mail, but Merengue gave me her picture two days in a row. So those plus the one from April Fools, I now have three Merengue pictures.

I had gotten Broffina's picture several times over and then one day, she sent me one in the mail. I might have gone to her house for a visit the day before. When she did finally move out, I got yet another one. I wish in NL you could only get the villager's picture once like in WW. OK, maybe twice but only because of April Fool's Day.

My villagers usually just give me their pictures. But I guess since you went to her house and they usually send you a gift the next day it makes sense why you got it in the mail. Lionel and Pango have given me at least 4 apiece. They love me so much.
