Hello again TBT!

Yesterday I decided to demolish one of my PWP's to remake it as a fairy-tale version. Today I went to Isabelle and went on with starting a new fairy tale bridge project. I went back to where it used to be, but no matter where I asked, Isabelle would decline saying it's too close to a resident's house. The bridge that used to be there was about 2 spaces left to Aurora's house.

My question is: Can a villager move in so close to a PWP it cant be remade once its demolished?

I think I'm going to cry, I cant move out Aurora! Shes one of my dreamies! Sigh....

0_0 I didn't know that could happen.

Did you try finding another place for it?

Yeah, that's unfortunately possible. It's one of the main frustrations of many players. Villagers can place their house really close to a bridge without problems, but replacing that bridge is impossible because a house is too close. Game logic. :lemon:

I hope you can find a good alternative spot to place your bridge!

Yes, it's very annoying and frustrating. I had to let Agnes go, and she was one of my earliest friends in the game. I loved her so much, and she was so sweet, I felt bad kicking her out just to build a stupid bridge. I tried to live without a bridge in that area, and it was even more annoying having to walk a long way to the next bridge, just to get across. The river literally cuts my town in half horizontally, so I need 3 bridges at even spaces, and it just looked stupid with 2 bridges then a long stretch of land with no bridge.

Long story short, I actually cried when I read her goodbye letter. :'c I felt pretty guilty for choosing my own comfort over her. But eventually she showed up on my Main St and stayed there! So we could still chat everyday. :D

Yeah. I love how I can't put PWP's anywhere by the railroad. "Oh that's much too close..." Meanwhile THERE'S A VILLAGER RIGHT THERE CLOSER THAN I WANTED THE PWP! And Isabelle just watches me with that stupid grin on her face. Like screw you Isabelle. You want to see me get frustrated. Well you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to write to Nintendo about FIRING YOU!!! That's right. Eat my mayoral power you little mutt.
