Villager WILL not move onto plot of land

I've got a 3x3 plot of land that I want my new villager to move on. There's no other space for that villager to move on since I've covered my entire town in paths. But she still will not move there, I'm getting extremely frustrated since I've been at this for 5 hours straight now, someone please help me

It’s hard to say what could be happening without any visuals. Maybe the 3x3 is too close to a cliff, or the river, another house, a PWP, town hall, event plaza or perhaps you’ve hit your limit of buildings per acre. If you could provide a pic of the 3x3 spot and your town map we might be able to narrow it down.

here's where I want my villager to move onto. Please don't tell me I need another space at the side for my new villager to move onto. I've spent days trying to get my villagers into the correct areas.

Yes, there’s your problem. You need 2 spaces between villager houses. I am sorry.

That is so frustrating, isn't it? I'm sorry you couldn't get them plotted where you wanted them.

I think you can still work it out, like maybe, try to move the house beside the 3x3 one space to the right. If the villager's a dreamie and you have the card, just rescan it. That's what did when I was trying to lined up their houses. Hopefully, you still have enough space on the right to adjust.
