I vote for other. Out of your choices I would go with Rosie, not sure she would fit an Autumn town though?
I personally think fauna is a great choice. She would fit your theme, she's adorable, matches your other villagers and she's a lovely personality. Is Deirdre an option? I don't particularly like uchi villagers but she would also for well. Her wallpaper is actually autumn leaves

Agnes because you're most interested in her (go with your gut) and maybe she'll feel different with a different group of villagers.
Out of those choices, I like Margie the best. However, I believe she would go better with a spring-themed town, more than an autumn one.
Agnes, on the other hand, would look nice in an autumn town. And since you're open to suggestions, Deirdre would look nice as well, in my opinion.

I actually kind of like the idea of having Deirdre in my town. I've had her in my side town for a bit and I didn't mind her. I'm not too crazy on her character design, but I did love having her around regardless and I especially love her house.

Personally, I don't like the choices you've given. I have a couple suggestions, however.
1. Limberg. He's a cranky mouse. I know he's tier 5 but I feel like he's match the theme (if that is your theme, anyways).
2. Drago. Not sure what personality he is but I think he'd be a great addition to what villagers you already have.
If I were to pick out of your list, I'd say Margie.

Out of the poll, I picked Rosie to test run her to see how she compares to Carmen. That way, you'll be able to decide on a peppy. I do think you should get Agnes either way but maybe as your next villager when another wants to move out.
Out of the ones you listed I'd go for either Margie or Anges. I did vote for other in the poll though, because Deirdre would be perfect for a fall themed town. Her character design, and especially her house interior, would both fit really nicely.

Agnes is a good choice but I think Maple,Molly,Sally or Pecan would also fit in with your town's theme.
I would pick Rosie. I feel like Rosie, is a little bit different than the other Peppy villagers.... Suggestions would also be Deidre and Fauna, they look matching for an autumn town especially Deidre, or maybe Coco.
Alright, so I finally decided. I'll first get Agnes for my town, and I'll then get Rosie when I reach a point where I don't want Carmen anymore. I'll also consider both Coco and Deirdre for my town if Lolly/Muffy ever suddenly move out without warning. Thanks so much for your suggestions everybody. c:
