Villager stuck in another villagers house?

Im not sure if this has been asked before but I was wondering if a villager living in another villagers house will go back to normal once they move to another island?

I got audie from the campsite which forced chief out and now shes living in his house
if someone adopts her from me will they move into their island w her normal house?
