Guys, how in the HECK do we get villager pictures? So far, my only villager picture is from, wait for it... Don Resetti. Probably because he's so nice. *Sad trombone*
How can I get villager pictures for the rest of my villagers? I'm so close to those bozos, and none of them have moved away, except I kind of kicked Velma out because she was getting on my nerves... I have Prince, Winnie, Carmen, Lolly, Boone, Pashmina, Apollo, Sydney.
Do favors for them. They are going to be difficult to get and rare, and some also claim that you should get rare stuff for them if you want their pic (ex. Villager asks for fruit; you give them perfect fruit instead), however I'm not sure if this actually increases the likelihood of them giving you a picture. After the first one though it gets a lot easier.
Do a lot of favors for them.. When they ask for fruits, bring them perfect fruits. Send them letters with presents attached to it (I usually send them regular fruits or perfect fruits lol. Talk to them daily.. I only turn down fish/bug request but accept all other ones.
If they visit you unexpectedly, like when you are rearranging furniture in the room and they just barge in to say hi, that means you have pretty high friendship with them.. When they do, you are probably close to getting their picture :3
I've got some pictures after doing villagers a favor, like bringing perfect fruit for them and they gave me their picture to say thank you, or in a letter after I send them a letter with a present. Some villagers just won't give you their pics easily, but some are easier.. Idk. I got one from Willow (my 10th villager) not too long ago. Still haven't got pictures from a few others who moved in wayyy before Willow, so yeah..
Ah, thanks guys! I do favors for all my villagers all the time. And a couple do just pop right in unexpectedly. I should just tell them they're not allowed in without a cover charge, that being their photos.
You'd think the villagers that go on about being celebrities/my idol would love to give me a signed photograph.
It can take months to get a picture or only 3 weeks, just befriend your villagers, talk to them and do some of the errands. For example my villager Bree gave me her pic after 6 months, Poppy gave me her pic after only one month, I am very good friends with both of them. So it seems to be a little bit random too.
