I try to keep them in their original stuff if possible. I can't prevent them from changing into each other's shirts but I don't know how to make clothes for them to wear so I just put umbrellas in that area of Able's.
All of my villagers decided to wear the disguising default designs at the able sisters. They began with Kevin then spread like wildfire and now the whole town looks like a bunch of dweebs with no fashion sense. I really want cute outfits for villagers but I can't find any.
I relentlessly send them clothes I want them to wear through the mail until they wear it. Then I visit their homes when they ask and buy the extras they put in their homes. I've had designs up at the Able Sisters but I REALLY want villagers to wear something in the same color family as their overall color design and they don't always get the shirt color I want them to wear so I gave up on that an instead send them clothes.
I like their default clothes but if they change I go with the flow. I will admit it was hard to look at Fuchsia in the green duck dress at first, but I'm now over it and she's still my amazing uchi that I'll never let go. She's the best out of a lot of poor options for me <3
Mine wear in-game shirts. I don't really know how to design clothing. All I do is make simple patterns (stripes, polka dots, stars, etc.) and put out umbrellas in the Able Sisters shop. At least no one can wear crap from Someone in Anytown! LOL
i prefer in game clothes. I like most of their original clothing but if there is one that I think does not fit, I will find a good enough design. If there is no design, I will find one at the Able Sisters or Gracie's eventually.
lol i cant draw anything. even if i can, i wont let wear anything except in game clothes. and those clithes must fit them perfectly or else ill get annoyef.
I occasionally send my villagers stuff that'll look nice in/their original outfits, but mostly they wear whatever, including the ugly default designs in the Ables' shop (today Freya decided that the bright orange dress would go well with her bright pink fur. Nice one.).
Although I'm just grateful that they've all finally stopped wearing the godawful Checkerboard Tee (black and red) that Cube started wearing one day and then everyone else in my entire town decided to emulate him.
