villager moving in question!

Idk if anyone has ask this and i've read a couple of things about it but still is really confusing to me.
So this one villager moves in (exactly were i had a little park spot) his house is not yet build, just the rope fence, i've read about the 'reset plot' or something like that, which I believe is power off buttom without saving ( ? )
1. Will that prevent that villager from moving in on that right spot if im using the mayor?

(my first language is not english so i don't understand certain terms and im pretty confuse haha) >.<

If it's the mayor? Nope, sorry. You have to use a new save file to do the plot reset trick. Sorry to bring bad news.

1. No, plot resetting needs to be done with a brand new character. If you load a character that already exists, the game will save and the villager will be set in their current plot.

oh that's really bad, because I already have 4 characters! ;/
(i wish there was a way of kicking him out :x ops!)
