Villager Move-Out Question

Hi there!

Does anyone know if the last villager to move into a town can also be the next villager to move out of the town (given time)? I've heard both rumors that the last villager to move in can never move out until someone else moves in, and I've also heard rumors that it is possible but just really difficult - so I'm kind of confused ><.

Could someone clarify this if they've had the last villager in their town be the next to move out ^^?

I've definitely had a villager move in and be the next out. Hippeux did this last week.

yes, very difficult...

I managed it only once (I have four towns) - try giving him/her rotten fruit
