Villager asked to leave in only two days +

Is it common for a villager to ask to move out so quickly? It’s the first time it’s happened. I just sold my last lot today. Jacques has only lived on the island for two days. Could he sense I didn’t really like him? lol

It's quite uncommon because often times you'll read people having a lot of problems kicking villagers out, and it's usually 2 weeks before someone decides to leave.

I guess you really lucked out with the game's RNG.

Rory did the same thing, and Genji asked within a week. They're both great so I was mildly offended

This happened to me with Soleil! I didn’t even do anything “wrong” to her, I even tried my best to talk to her each day. It took 2 days before she asked to leave, and of course, I let her go.

I know that the probability in which villagers ask to leave is random, but i was surprised since she moved in most recently

Naomi was like my 6th villager to move in. Helped herself to an empty plot I was saving. Day 1 she was unpacking. Day 2 she asked to leave, "tomorrow" -- I agreed. Day 3 in boxes.
On day 2 when she went home for the evening she locked the door, so I never even got to see her home interior.

rng is really weird, isn’t it? marshal was my campsite villager and was the first one to ask to leave .w. like, i would have been okay if it were literally anyone else asking, but the rand ended up on him i guess ;w; it’s good that it was a villager you disliked in your case, though!

I had that happen sort of with Chops. He took about a week before he was done with my island. He was my "forced invite" camper. I was not sad to see him go.

Interesting he was my camper too and I didn’t try to invite him.

I had a villager do that, I think it was Colton. He was here for like three days then wanted to leave... must've really hated my island

I was TT'ing villagers out and Bangle(?) moved into one of my empty plots, I TT like 15 days and she asked to move out before anyone else???

So basically I got a new villager to move in and she asked to move out in like 10 minutes in IRL time. It was so weird.

I had the same thing happen with Sprinkle! She was on my island for just three days before asking. I said no because I wanted her around for a little longer, though she asked again a couple of weeks later.

So the 15 day thing isn't fixed? That's interesting. Are people also finding their 10th villager resistant to leaving or is that a myth?

My friend adopted Skye from me and literally the next day Skye asked her if she could leave. My friend was like, "how rude!" xD

i dont think you should worry about it, its complete random from my experience with time travel.
that though bouble is rng by iteself it can be so many actions with this bubble.

When the time comes for a villager to move out, the game picks one at random. Doesn't matter when they moved in or how good of friends you are.

Yeah, it's completely random and not uncommon. Or rather, it's not exactly common, but it's normal. It happened to me with Carrie. She moved in and asked to leave two days later. I can't remember if she was my ninth villager or tenth villager, but she was there for two days.
