Username Change Help Please!

I bought the username change thingy for ten seashells from the shop and posted a thread in the contact the staff board titled 'Username Change.' I put the category in as username change and the bit where it asks you what you want to change it to I put in then new name I wanted. I posted that thread 20 August my time and now it's the 29 August my time. It says your change should be completed within a week but it has been over a week! I a really confused and worried that I wasted my seashells on nothing. Can a staff member or normal member please help me out! You should be able to see that the item is in my inventory!

I think the reason why your username hasn’t changed is because the admins have been missing in action. I don’t know why they left this site and why only the moderators are watching after this site and not the admins, but all I know is that only they can change usernames, and they can’t change usernames when they’re not here.

Mods can change usernames we just can't edit users inventories and remove the Username change from their possession.

None of the admins are away. They're just busy at the moment/using the site on invisible. Give it a few more days and I'm sure someone will fix it up for you!

Uh one of the admins did say that there hidden and the forums never showed any admins online besides you and other 3 admins.

How would I know why the admin is hiding I mean I don't need to know why but this admin said there online green like thing is hidden. And I don't remember the admin's name and also I don't know if that admin is no longer a staff member because I haven't seen this admin in ages.

I wasn't here to ask about my username but I did post a private thread of changing my username and you have to wait for 7 days and its been way over 7 days now and still my stupid username isn't changed.

I have been patient and I have been to long now and still no changes. It feels like I wasted 1,200 TBT for nothing
