Urgent plot reset question!

So, I got marshal, tt'd to 13th 5:58am, and im still plot resetting, so my question is since I havent loaded an existing character yet can I set the time back to the original without messing up/marshal getting ploted?

You can, but you'll have to use the 3DS system clock (in the system settings). If you play any other games, you won't be able to unlock daily events for 24 hours.
