Downside is that the Pokemon are still weak, upside is that it remained largely the same compared to the originals.

They're both Voltorb Flip. The American (And most likely the European versions) were edited to include only that game, to discourage gambling addiction.

The downside to this game, from what I've noticed, is the extreme importance on touch controls. Platinum was a good balance between buttons and touch input, but this game took it to the extreme.

Overall, I'd give it a 9.5/10. It can't beat the classic G/S/C, but it sure does feel modernized.
