Uploading/Sharing PS5 Screenshots & Vids

Hello I am needing help please I was on my PlayStation 5 looking at gaming screenshots and it gave me the option to upload to some ps5 app?

I can not find them in the PS app can someone please let me know how I can send my images to my phone?

Or if there is a certain app to view them on?
