Unreleased DLC

Currently, I am making notes of all item/bug/fish/gyroid and more...using ACNL guide apps...so for furniture or clothes that I haven't yet obtained I will then put the in moridb to get catalog (yea just wanna collect my catalog to the max!) then I heard about some forbidden DLC? I thought that Nintendo no longer releases any new DLC? But there are forum rules about NOT ALLOW to buy/sell the forbidden item. There is the new unreleased forbidden item?

Can someone give me the list? lol cause I wanna catalog every possible furniture/clothes/stationery etc...but am afraid I have accidentally mixed the unleased item which is illegal on my list. I don't want to be risk being banned for asking illegal item here ><

The only thing that's missing (I don't think anyone got this item through the official means) is the Lotus Pond. That was supposed to be DLC in April this year, but I don't think anyone from the US or EU actually received it. IDK of anything being forbidden. I just know that you can't go into Re-tail and do a sale or giveaway of items that you attained through hacking.

Other person said that they were released for the japanese version but idk

I have a lotus pond but I forgot how I got mine....I don't think I got it through hacks, though.

Did some searching and says it's a DLC from the post office during April but apparently it wasn't ever released....?

Huh? Cause it been awhile since I played and I rarely go check if there is DLC release...now my goal is to catalog every single thing that is possible to get in ACNL of cause legal item but afraid I ask for the wrong thing which is actually hacked item lol..

I'm thinking that all this "unreleased DLC" is just DLC that was released to Japan only and they never bothered sending for the other regions. No other possible reason Nintendo would make new DLC and never release it to anyone.
