Unpopular opinions regarding acnl

What are your unpopular opinions regarding acnl? For example, you think there is too much hype over Marshal.

Using powersaves to simply back up your towns at a good point is perfectly acceptable, because it can prevent a lot of the unnecessary frustration and agony that appears a lot on this forum (favorite villager moving out unexpectedly, villager plotting in a horrible place and you can't un-do it, etc)

Hacking/powersaving is totally fine, if you're doing it for your own enjoyment. Your game, your rules.

Also I find it boring when everyone ever has the same 10 tier-one villagers in their towns. It makes dream towns less enjoyable for me.

I had Marshal but ended up giving him away. He was sweet and all, but he didn't really do anything for me.

Tier 1 villagers are sometimes overrated. They're great (at least some of them) but they're a little too hyped over.

Holy cow, I am unbelievably positively absolutely miffered when it comes to Marshal. I know someone who is so obsessed with him, constantly reminds me of how she thinks he's cute, and is hoping he'll move in... but I heavily dislike his looks and my first impressions involved him being veerrry negative towards everything (bad draw on the smug quotes).

I'm almost certainly overracting, but I can't help but feel upset about this virtual squirrel.

I hate most of the tier one villagers. They're really bland and boring - especially Marshal. For some of them, I can definitely say that the designs are interesting and that I like them, but their personality... Ehh.

I also really love uchis. I like all of them, I'mnot even kidding. They're so nice! How can you dislike them? Especially Diva. She's one of my favourites. I adore that little frog!

I don't find cat villagers appealing at all, in fact I dislike cat. I believe most of people likes cat villagers but I hate to have cat villagers in my town. I've got mitzi, kitty, and purrl once in my town from other's void and random move ins and I tried all my might to get rid of em. Now I might have a loads of hate for this lol
