Umm...money tree question?

Okay so, I decided to plant a couple money trees by my house (because I finally have the complate gold exterior and thought they'd be a nice touch) and they both planted fine, but today only ONE of them has bells on it and the other is a plain sapling. Which I really don't get. I planted 99K bells for each one.

Does anyone know what happened? Thanks in advance!

Try replanting it with some fertilizer next to it, I had the same problem but putting fertilizer next to it made it grow with bells.

Money trees aren't guaranteed to grow every time you plant money - the chance of growth is dependent on how many bells you plant.
