OK. I've been cycling in my town to get Stitches out. Lobo recently moved in as my 9th villager - then he left along side Pashmina (voided). Now I got 7? Huh? Monique's plot did show up though -- but I thought that 8 villagers was the minimum or something. Glitch? xD

I doubt it's a glitch. You start out with 5 villagers. If you only had 1 or 2 villagers, then you should start to worry.

Well, Skye had asked me to move when I only had 8 villagers, so I think the whole no-villagers-will-ask-to-move-out thing isn't entriely true. However, there was a house PLOT (not the actual house, though) placed the same day, so that might have had an effect.

Assuming the player is somehow able to place PWP in unusual places, maybe they were placed over their houses to glitch them out.
