Two villagers moving out?

Hey all! I just found Sherb in my campsite and invited him to replace Molly. However, before I invited him, Wart Jr. asked to move out and I told him to leave. Therefore, I think two villagers are moving out... How does this work? Would two villagers (Molly and Wart Jr.) be in boxes tomorrow?

I spent the last three days time traveling for Sherb to show up in my campsite and Sherb’s my ultimate dreamie so I’m a bit stressed, haha.. Thanks for the help!

If Sherb is replacing Molly, then she is currently in boxes today. When you invite to replace, they go directly to boxes. Molly will move out after today and the plot will be marked as Reserved for Sherb tomorrow. Tomorrow, Wart Jr. will be in boxes. Isabelle will let you know he's leaving, but does not mention Molly's departure. The next day, Wart Jr will be gone and you will have an empty plot to search for a new villager before a rando moves in. Isabelle will also annouce that a new friend named Sherb is moving in.
