Twiggy the peppy bird villager has requested to move. She isn't that popular so I'm not expecting anything for her, so she's absolutely free. I personally think she's really cute and a good addition for someone's town. She should be all original, I'm unsure about her house. It isn't her moving date but I'll probably void her in thirty minutes, so if you want her just say so!
