Yes the town will be open all day.
No I dont need any tips or fees ... this town exists because others in the past donated bells and items.
Now the bank is full and I have about all the items I want laying around the town for visitors to take.
The Hybrid roses are very popular with players wanting them to decorate their town or to start growing them also.
Lots of shrubs and saplings there to.
