TTing and trees

If I go back and forth between days will that count as one day of growth for them each time? I only have 2 normal trees in my town which is making getting the tree eggs hard XD wasn't sure if I would just have to keep going forward to get them to grow or not.

No, going backwards is counted as one day growth.

Days forward are standard. Forward 4=4 days.
Backwards, no matter how far or short=1 day.

SO 3 days forward, then 2 days back=4 days in the game.
