Trying to get Perfect Town, any advice?

Isabelle says that I need more PWPs, which ones should I build? I currently have three bridges, two yellow benches, a flower bed, a garbage can, fountain, modern clock, hot spring, and a stone tablet. What more should I get?

It tells you the guidelines for a perfect town and also tells you about the different types of pwps there are (nature, living, etc) and how villagers can hate some pwps

The garbage can is a negative influence towards perfect town status. I would replace it with a different project.
