Trouble getting the dream suite?

In my new town, ive been having trouble cathing isabelle sleeping. I have completed all the requirements (built a pwp, connected to the internet, had the town for at least a week) but i cant seem to catch her sleeping. Ive been checking at around 10pm to 6am but i havent caught her yet. Is there a certain time to catch her? in my old town, i think i recall catching a villager sleeping and unlocking it for me instead of isabelle.. can that happen? thanks.

Nah, just wander into the town hall at any time and she'll be sleeping.

Are you sure it's been the required ten days since your town's creation? It felt like quite a while for me.

As far as I recall, the Dream Suite PWP request should be available seven days after you reached 100% approval rating for the development permit (not 7 days after you start your town), connected to the internet, and at least one PWP completed.

After the requirements are met, you should be able to find Isabelle napping.

I said ten days after starting the town and it proved to be right. However, that was also seven days after reaching the 100% approval rating... and the latter makes more sense, so one upvote for you!
