I have gifts laid out at my train-station and they are free for you to take!

It is all DLC (some are orderable and some are not) or Gracie clothes along with 2 roses.
These roses are the grand prizes of this giveaway

A red rose grants you a complete 7/11
A white rose grants you the Campus set!

I think a clear void means you don't have any villagers wanting to move out or in boxes.

If a villager is in your void it has moved out of your town and you have not yet visited anyone thorugh Wi-Fi

If you visit someone with a villager in your void that villager will probably move into to your friends town
