What do you mean by mini Wii codes?

It's a code you use to register the console Wii Mini in Club Nintendo and get 100 coins. It works just like any other regular game code

You can do it making a family account, but I'm not sure is it is allowed

I found this in their Terms and Conditions: "register the same Nintendo product more than once, unless expressly permitted by us"

However, I don't see why they would create a tool that gave people the ability to violate the rules... I guess you gonna have to search a little to find a more precise answer
