Town Tree Glitch?

I wanted to know if this a regular thing. Winter is done and all my snow finally melted, but my town tree is still missing a pretty big chunk of leaves. About 1/3 of it is still made up with empty branches. I'm a little worried that this is a glitch, or is this totally normal?

Its part of the season, normal.

It's normal in some stages of the tree. Mine is in the second-to-last stage and it has this problem, so no worries.

Yeah mine still has a big gap too. It'll fill up though

Yes this is a nice little detail and it will all come back, though the normal trees all keep their leaves during winter.
