RULES:
*Once you arrive in my town please stay at the train station until I ask you to follow me.
*Please do not pick up items laying on the ground unless I have told you it is for you.
*If BTB is to be paid, please send that once you have arrived in my town.
*Once you have invited said villager to move I will end the session.

TIER 1-2 - Due to the high sell rate of tier 1 and 2 villagers, I more than likely will charge a fee. Once a Tier 1 or 2 has moved in I will list them with a fee amount. This may include some or a combinations of BTB and/or wishlist items.
TIER 3-5 - are free
NOTE: This will not be first come first served.
Reserving and lurking is allowed, only for current villagers. To reserve there will be a fee of 10BTB. Those that reserve get first grabs over those that are only lurking. Those that have reserved will have 24 hours to pickup their villager once I have posted and PM'd you. Lurkers will have 12 hours from the time I have posted and PM'd you.
