Do you see where it says "Bells" under her profile picture? Press the amount of bells (where it says 390), and a small box will pop up. Type 15 in the small box that says "amount", and then press "submit".
Also, isn't it called TBT? I haven't seen anyone call it BTB before.

How do I send another user TBT Bells?
You can do this by clicking on the user's bells underneath their avatar on one of their posts or from the "About Me" section on their profile page.

Last year or the year before, several members made a big deal about TBT stands for - The Bell Tree, and that the bells should be referred to as - Bell Tree Bells - and for a while many members were using that, but a lot of them no longer post here. FOr me it stuck.
