Town map opinions?

I'm planning on moving merry out (the lonely house) so I have my own private PC area. Opinions on this town map without that house?

Personally, I love that the "player character" houses are on that neat little island-type landmass. Re-Tail is a good distance from the dock - not too far; also, not very many ponds, and not in terribly inconvenient places. (At least imo.)

I've never seen a map quite like this, and it's quite unique; I'd stick with it.

I like it! Only two things wrong with it (imo): horizontal ramp to dock and town hall is in an odd spot. Other than that, you have a great map.

there's not much to do, since a pond near retail is ALWAYS set. [man why do they do that ;;]

I think it's a great map, the town hall is a little odd though, but it's very good!

Good point, so I guess my complaint would be more towards the retail location then. Although I still don't like the the pond spot north of retail
