Town layout opinions

So I had to restart about a month ago so I want to know what everyone thinks of my new town layout. I'm a little self conscious about it so I wonder what you guys think.

I think it's good. Not too oddly shaped, things are in good spots imo.

I think it looks good! Especially with the placement of the Re-Tail and Town Hall! I really like the shape of the upper land, too. The villager house placement is creative, not sure if you did that by accident or on purpose but I like how they are dispersed over all the land. It leaves room for PWP's and such in the center, which is not something I've really seen before.

Yeah I like the placement of town hall and retail. Perfectly lined up! I like how both of the "lands" are decent sizes without a random piece of small land that's hard to work with.

Nice placement of bridges too!

Nice map, the river isn?t too winding, only two ponds and your retail is near the train station.

That's a good map. Gives you plenty of room to rearrange villagers houses and PWPs.

It's a great map, everything has a good placement and there's a lot of space for public projects and design placements for the paths

I looooove that you have so much space on both sides of the river. That's always a big thing to me.
I also love that your town hall and retail are close to the train station, and somewhat evenly spaced on either side of it! I think that's super cute and convenient. I'm always a fan of maps that have retail/town hall on the northern side of the river, and the square on the southern side by itself. I think it looks especially nice for forest themed towns.

Also, I like that there's a small strip of beach at the top right that has access with a ramp. You could do a lot of different and creative things with that space, in my opinion.

Lastly, I really like how your villager houses are spaced. I've been trying to keep as many of mine moved into the same area as possible, but the way your villagers are set looks so nice and interesting!

That's really impressive to happen by accident! It really gives you so many options for the majority of the town!
