town ideas you've had but cannot use?

LOVE the idea of a murder mystery town

I want to make a silly little self-indulgent Warrior cats-themed town where all the villagers are cats obviously and the mayor is dressed as one

If the game wouldn't be so stupid and only allows you to have cedar trees on the north
site of your town, I would have had a cedar tree only town, with a kinda dark atmosphere,
almost some sort of horror/spooky forest town, full of "strange" looking villagers.

I hope the Switch game will give me the chance to do this kind of town...

I think a town idea I had was to make a spooky town but due to me halfway making a foresty fairy town I scrapped the idea

Creating a super foresty and overgrown town. There come some problems with this. I'd need to collect a BUNCh of saplings and plants, which requires a lot of patience (which I don't have), and I don't wanna risk messing up the town, so hacking is out of the picture. Most of these beautiful foresty towns I see are usually hacked, so I lost some confidence in this idea, too. I now am happy with what I have currently, and maybe some day i'll put this idea into action.
