Have several towns, some still have the default design, some have QR codes and one is made by me - but its just hearts (the ex given in the design palette) in colours that match the flower colour scheme.
The original flag/default used to be available via some of the official DA - certainly the Japanese one, think maybe all incl UK.
But with the update, they have all gone, the updated official Japanese town still has a tree flag available via Wendell, very similar to, but not quite the original default.

Players who are generous with patterns & have Wendell in their town can of course change what they have with Wendell. Found that out the hard way.
I'm lazy I suppose, but partly as I am on the original SD cards & hence careful with space, I really like towns that have Wendell, rather than using QR codes.
I know its the same but the QR code will take up space on the SD card? While If I get patterns via Wendell, the pattern saves within the game, which for me is the game cart.
