Having no theme makes it better, IMO, because you can use anything you want! I've shared this before, but this is the flag I use in both of my towns:

I think it would look neat to have something like this (that is, the shiny/gradient background with the Pt and the 78 in the corner, not on an angle and not with the other numbers--not enough room for those). Maybe too literal? I think it would be cute and a little funny.

I actually made a flag using a tool I found on the internet to make flag designs and clothing from an existing picture. I think if you search it in google it'll come up though, unfortunately i'm on mobile so I can't share my flag with you atm. But it's a cute milk carton with a face, and the reason I choose this is because of the fact my town is called Milk, so I thought this flag was perfect for it. It also took a while to make though, so if you have the concentration and patience i'd suggest making your own flag using that tool.

I was super lucky my friend who's really talented in drawing drew me a hot air balloon! it`s so pretty and pink.. one of the favourite things about my town.
