So awhile back I lost my hard copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf which was my town with all my dreamies, I was pretty sad about this.
Today I found it. . .in my gaming case, according to my villagers its been two months. Its also currently February in the game and I'm hoping to set it to August but I have a lot of my dream villagers. Should I go ahead and take the risk and got to August or just continue on in February?
Congrats, firstly! Anyway, do NOT TT forward just yet. First, talk to all your villagers until one pings to move, and then deny the move. After that you can TT forward safely and nobody will move. You may need to "play" a day or so (carefully, mind you) until you find the ping.
It's really up to you. I have several towns and they are all on different months. So, whatever you do, if you TT, just be careful to get the moving ping FIRST.
You're welcome. I've been seeing this very advice a lot here lately and it has saved people from losing their dreamies. Nothing is worth that if you can possibly help it.
Anyway, I'm so glad you found your game! I had to laugh, tho, that you found it in the case. Where else did you expect it to be? Lol!

Well it had fallen out of the slot it was suppose to be in, since its a case that holds the 3DS and games. The case is the same shade of gray as the game so it was camouflage, I did feel silly when I found it xD
Oh, a case! *face-palm* I had forgotten about those! I don't have one and I keep my game cases on a shelf and am fortunate that my husband is anal enough to make sure everything is always in its place and therefore never lose anything. I'd probably have lost my 3DS if it weren't for him.
Anyway, I'm so glad for you. If I lost my town I'd be freaking out and eating tons of ice-cream for comfort.
