To those who are missing out on personalities...

I’m missing jock and lazy. I’m really not a fan of the lazy personality so I’m not sure I’ll ever get one. I’ve been able to trade for most common DIYs I want pretty easily, so it’s not a huge issue.

I also really hated jocks so I banished him (I had Antonio), but I was desperate to learn Flourish so I invited Dom in. Now I have both Flourish and Dom's photo, and can't get myself to kick him out because he grew on me. I'm learning that I actually dislike Normals more. They're so bland! I have one Normal right now and will eventually replace her with another Cranky.

i'm missing three personalities on my island at the moment since i'm really picky about dreamies! it doesn't really bother me since i figure that i'll get them eventually~

I’m missing smug and don’t want one, though it’ll be easy enough to get Raymond in the campsite and sell him, I guess.

I hate jocks and I don't like the designs of most jocks anyway. But there's only a few that I like, Dom, Genji, Peirce, and Scoot. Honestly I had no idea that Dom was a jock until I seen the info on an animal crossing villager database site lol.

If you're looking for a tolerable snooty, Purrl is such a dream! She is so sweet and honestly hasn't said anything rude. I have every personality type on my island and I've never witnessed any fights

I do like Purrl as I had her in the GC game! My dream snooty is Bitty because she was so mean to me in that first game, telling me how ugly I was and how beautiful she was , which I found hilarious coming from a hippo

I'm new to AC so I have no expectations for what the various personalities are like.

That said, I'm missing Snooty and Cranky and I want both for my island.

My campsite has given me another Normal and Uchi and it's a bit irritating.

I invited the Normal, but I've come to realize - like @drinkmyrivers mentioned - that the personality is really bland and so I'm considering having her move out in the future.

As for the Uchi, Renee, I already have a rhino and Fuchsia is plenty for me.

I hate the unpredictability of having a plot open in advance and then hoping to have luck with island hopping, but at the rate my campsite is going, I might have a long wait ahead because I don't time travel.

Since Rocket moved outthree weeks into the game I haven't seen another uchi, and I don't want to invite amiibo villagers just yet. Also lacking a smug right now because I found Bob when I was looking for one.

I would suggest for you a jock villager that has play for a hobby of you can find one you like:

Billy
Boots
Dom
Hamlet
Kevin
Lyman
Rudy
Sheldon
Sly
Sparro
Tad
Tybalt

These guys run around with sticks a lot and play. I had Teddy and Roald before and both would get into full workout gear and workout a lot. Dom has never done that once.

Honestly, I am missing out on a lot of personalities with my line up of dreamies, but I don't mind having a lot of repeats because they are villagers I like. I am not really fond of Uchi/Sisterly types or Smug villagers. So I don't see the point in having them on my island if I am not going to like them, even for reactions. Because I just go to other peoples islands to get DIYs, I don't see the point in keeping them for that. Not to mention I get DIYs I can't get in bottles. haha. So nah, I don't feel as if I am 'missing out' in anyway.

I happen to like alligators and crocodiles and as a bonus, I love Mario games. He reminds me a bit of Yoshi with his cheeks and I like his coloring...

Well, I invited him.

I guess plots 9 and 10 will be for my Snooty and Cranky.

I feel like this could be a bit of an oversight in the game tbh. In the old games usually when a villager moved out you would get one of the same type. Even taking into account that a lot of people are trading for the villagers they want... you'd think the NMT islands, campsite and random move-ins should be more likely to produce villagers of a type you lack. Not give you 4 of the same type in a row.
