The readon I open slots when I do is because I like being able to finish them quickly. I don't like carrying them over days after. I open slots when I have free time. Yes, I am aware that time zones are different for many people but not much can be done about it. If I let people order whenever there will be a flod of orders (as these pixels are much more popular than I could have imagined) and some people could even take advantage of being able to order whenever. I think it's nice, simple, and fair to open slots and give them to whoever catches them first. I'm sorry.
