Times You Had To Reset

My character just ate 100 turnips.. So I reset so none of that ever happened. I've also reset when I sold the wrong thing or something.
When/why do you reset if you have to?

Never. I used to TT and reset when I played CF loads though. But never for NL.

I think I reset when I realised I had put the cafe one space farther away from the position I actually wanted it to be in.
I also reset another time when I accidentally killed my carnation with the shovel (it's planted close to some bamboo, and I was trying to get the bamboo shoots...)

I reset when I accidentally misplace a public project, definitely. And then I'm planning to reset tonight when I get my Fireworks ticket. If it's not for the Boxed Figurine or Lovely Phone (2 wish list items), then I'm going to turn my DS off and try again.

Also, resetting for Pictures when you give villagers rare items... That's a really good idea! I might have to try it. So far I've gotten 0 pictures, even though I send letters pretty often and do most of my villager's requests.

I only save and reset when I'm placing PWP because I'm extremely picky and a few can't be moved.

It only works if you are at the highest level of friendship though such as them randomnly sending you pictures.. and waving if you call them with the megaphone, and smile at you on a bench etc

I completely 'reset' my main town once because I didn't like the map, and it wouldn't take too long to catch back up.

On my second cartridge I reset maybe 20 times before settling down the first time to giveaway/trade off villagers, then I think another 5 times before finding a town with Rosie.. She's too popular, can't pass that up. /)_(\ After I giveaway everyone worthwhile I'll start resetting again.. sigh I haven't even found any of my dreamies from resetting.

I've reset once to get the Resetti Surveillance Center. I want to get his picture, and his rants are too funny not to hear, even though I don't plan on purposefully resetting.

A few times after I got the game and I hated the name I gave my town, then after that 2 more times because villagers plopped their houses in front of mine and I hadn't learned the placement trick yet. Haven't had any major PWP yet so hopefully that won't cause a reset if I don't goof on placement.

The only times I reset are when animals I want out end up refusing to move when I tell them to. Otherwise I'm trying my best to play and take what's given to me. Which is why I have 0 pictures so far, lol.

I reset when I place a PWP wrong or when something really bad in general happens (like giving away a non-reorderable item by mistake)

First time I "reset" is when I was picking up a bowl to put in the sink with one hand and had my 3DS in the other hand.. unfortunately, I dropped one of those things and it wasn't the bowl. 3DS was fine but I hadn't saved since I started playing that day so I lost like, 3 hours.

I reset for campsite constantly, though.

I have reset about 3 or 4 times before, I don't know the specific reasons why. The first reset was to get the Reset Center, though.

Now that I have learned the campsite/villager trick, however, I will be resetting much more often.

Once.. Because I accidently sold a rare fish. To the person who ate the turnips, usually I end up buying too many (no more can fit into my locker) So i normally eat a couple 100' it's only like 9k a 100 so it's not that bad.. Richpeopleproblems; LOL

I had gotten 300 and I needed to get more money so I was like "let me see.." and I pressed 'eat' by accident. DX

I only reset to get new campers or to change the location of a house plot for someone i already know is moving in. Otherwise, what i get is what I get.
