My town is all the way back in June and I want to time travel to the current date without losing all of my villagers. I read somewhere a long time ago that there is a way to do this when you have a villager moving out. Is there a way to go to the current date without having to TT day by day?

If someone asks to move and you turn them down (and they agree to stay), you can then TT as far forward as you like without anyone moving. Someone new will want to move but you'll have 10 days to stop them. I've done it since the update and it still works fine.
