I'm currently working on a new town to replace my second town, Progress. (It is involving.)

For those who went through the process, how much actual time (days, weeks, months) did it take for you to build up the replacement town?landscaping and especially Public Works Projects?to look good enough to present to Luna with establishing its Dream Address?

I reset months ago and I still don't find my town acceptable enough to be dream address material.
It honestly depends on your standards.

I reset a few months ago but i just gave her the dream as soon as I could, its only just got to an acceptable near finished state now, although frobert has just left so my all frog watery town is no longer ....rod is moving in tomorrow =( i must have got him through street pass when i went to Insomina53 on sat..... oh well i do need to cycle to get frobert back so i guess thats the first one....

I restarted in January and my town isn't presentable yet, but I took a couple months break from the game and i spent a good lot of that time otherwise campsite and plot resetting. So the landscaping part, apart from gathering materials, doesn't really take too long...? In my opinion anyways.
