Tier 5/4 villagers that look "special"

Most villagers with extra polygons or special texture are pretty popular e.g. Stitches, Julian, Kid cat, ect. Unfortunately some of them went unnoticed. What are your thoughts? Which villagers look cool and are underrated in your opinion?
Savannah, Anabelle and Tucker look really special imo. They're different from the others of their kind.

Indeed, he looks like an okapi, but he is classified as horse in the game's code.

Papi is wonderful but he's actually a tier 3 now his popularity is coming back up. Quite surprised Clay the hamster never gets much love. In fact I never knew he existed until a couple of months ago, just never see him anywhere. Would have thought he could fit into a town with Ankha and Lucky at least. Then Lyman the koala and Olaf the anteater. Would have thought Olaf would have got more love and Lyman would be great for the food towns?

there are a ton of awesome looking tier 5 villagers. however, what makes them unique to me is their original outfit working with their markings or features, and they kinda lose their charm once they change out of it. eg. clay, boomer, tucker, olaf, etc. but it would be nice to see the underrated ones get more attention. I know a lot of people looking for tier 4-5 but they're harder to come by compared to the higher tiers cos they're just voided right away :/

I always loved seeing these "special" villagers
I love Stinky and Agent S for that reason, even though they dont look THAT special.
