Since it's my personal goal to get nearly every villagers picture, I'm always time traveling to cycle in and out villagers. I go through at least 3-4 villagers every week in real time. I tend to stay in the current month though, I've played through April loads of times.
When I bought my second copy last week, I did absolutely nothing but time travel. Unlocked the Emporium, cycled out a ton of villagers already, and achieved a perfect town and the golden watering can within a week in real time. Playing day by day is sooooo boring. It's such a drag to just log into to AC once a day, dig up fossils, and that's it. If I want to complete something, I'm gonna complete it now.
I don't get people who view time traveling as cheating. If it is cheating, then why would the developers put in an option to change the time at all?
