It's a different way to play. I could see playing around with it if you had very limited time and wanted to have the experience of a daily play session in the form of a few hours. You are still playing the game even if you manipulate the clock a little. Just because you TT doesn't mean that the game hands you everything. You still have to earn it yourself.

I personally don’t TT but I don’t think it’s fair to give those who do any crap because it’s not cheating and it’s not our choice what someone does with their own game that they paid for.

For me personally TT takes a lot of the charm of a slow paced game away. I never TT, even when I come 1 day short for having an open plot when a dreamie is being given away.

I do it and I think it's okay. I only used it to cycle villagers and exploit Redd. Other than that, I don't really see my other needs for it.

I use it for giveaways and helping people get villagers but if the option is there I don't particularly like to use it. It takes away a huge aspect of the game and makes accomplishments feel cheap to me. Like yeah waiting sucks but you do it every day of your life.

Of course I don't judge anyone who does. It's a personal preference. Time matters more to some and I'm not one to tell anyone how to enjoy a game about personal choice.

I prefer not to do it, but I will do it to hurry up the moving process of a villager I don’t want or a house I’m relocating. I also limit myself to time traveling a day forward the most. I do sometimes feel guilty about it (though not as bad as it made me feel back in NL when I did it—with the exceptions of doing it for trades; I didn’t mind doing it to hurry someone’s order along).
