Thoughts on the robot villagers?

Personally, I love them, especially Ribbot and Cephalobot. They’re unique and add a sci-fi touch to the game. I wish I had Cephalobot on my island, but I guess having him live in Happy Home Paradise is good enough.

I had Ribbot in my European Wild World town, once. He stood out to me as the coolest Jock I had in that game — even cooler than Kid Cat. Sprocket was also in one of my GC towns, but I didn't get the chance to interact with him as much as I could have because it got deleted when my PC formatted.

I really like all of them : D I currently have Cephalobot in my nh town, and Ribbot is my second favourite, but I also think Del and Sprocket are cool. I think they're a cool different way to have villagers, and I'd be happy if more got made eventually.

I’d love more robot villagers! I think every species should have one.

When I showed my sister Cephalobot for the first time, she said he was adorable, then asked, "Wouldn't a robot octopus die underwater?" So true.

I love all of the robot villagers. I have Del, Ribbot, and Sprocket all together in one of my New Leaf towns and Cephalobot on my New Horizons island. I'd like to see a robot villager for every species eventually, though I doubt it would happen. Ribbot and Cephalobot in particular are among my favorite villagers, though there are a few others that beat them out for the absolute favorites. Regardless, I find them very cool.

I like the robot villagers! I always thought they were creepy when I was little but now I like them because I think they are a super great concept and so far, I have met Sprocket, Del, and Ribbot and they were all super nice to me! I love Sprockets RV and I always order a ton of items from it! I think I had Ribbot in City Folk if I am not mistaken? I should scan in Cephalobot sometime to my ACNH camp site!

I think all of the robot villagers are really cute! I would say Del is my favourite at the moment, but I like all of their designs!

Cephalobot is my lone robot villager.I'd have more if their personalities were more varied.Cephalobot checks a lot of boxes for me being that he's a smug robotic octopus.I like all three of those things.I'm hoping to see more robot villagers in the next AC game.

I've always disliked them, I had Sprocket in my gamecube town and Ribbot in my wild world town. both of them freaked me out. I tried so hard to like Cephalobot when I had him in my NH town (he was my campsite smug villager for my second island) and he's unfortunately just too off-putting for me.

it doesn't help that I am actually afraid of robots/animatronics irl lol

I don't have much of an opinion on them since I've never met any of them in-game before. I'm not opposed to them and some of them look cute, so I'd give them a chance.

I love Del and Sprocket, but I’m not really a fan of the others. They are average villagers at best, in my opinion. I must say, though, that I really do not like Cephalobot.

I feel like they worked better in the sillier style of the old games but they’re still cool/a good addition. In terms of individual designs though I think some are pretty bland. I don’t actually care about Sprocket, sorry. Cephalabot and Ribbot are classic. Del is decent. Meow is kinda cute, but Bow is kinda bleh.

I thought Zoe was a robot villager, I have her in GC and it looks that way there. But apparently she’s supposed to be like a plush? Either way, I don’t like her.

None of them are super ugly though.

I had Ribbot on my original AC town and I loved him! I also hope Bow and Meow (the robot toy dog/cat villagers from ACGC) return some day, they're so cute!!

i honestly didn’t like them until late last year/early this year, but i think they’re pretty alright now. cephalobot is my favourite of the 4, but del surprisingly grew on me a lot after he moved onto my island from someone’s void. he’s actually the reason why i’m more open-minded about the robot villagers. i hadn’t had a cranky on my island for over a year prior to him moving in, so his dialogue was like a breath of fresh air. his design also isn’t that bad. if the other robot villagers are anywhere near as cool as him, they’re alright in my book.

sprocket’s design doesn’t really appeal to me, but i’m open to having him on my island one day. ribbot’s design is pretty neat (plus i love his name), and i’m open to having him as well. del has really inspired me to give villagers i don’t like a chance, as i disliked him for ages before finding out how neat he actually is. i have a tendency to judge villagers on their appearance alone (robot villagers included), so i’m trying to get better at not doing that.

Robot villagers are the best!! I include Roswell and Al on that list as well. More subtle robots.

They're fine, but I'm just not a big fan of most of their designs. It's not that I dislike them or anything; they're just not my thing, I guess. But I do really like Del! ^^ I might actually like to have him at some point in a future game.
I actually wouldn't mind seeing more robot villagers added though—I think it'd be cool if you could have a town full of them, and I'd love to see some more subtle-looking mechanical villagers like Del.

I never paid attention to them but I just started my new island and got ribbot as a starter villager. I think that he is super cute

I love them! Cephalobit is my favourite! I like it even more that he is smug since a lot of robots tend to be jock, like Sprocket and Ribbot. I wish they make more robot villagers, maybe a "fembot" that is peppy or sisterly to diversify the personalities because I would love an entire town of robot villagers!
