Thoughts on the 8 incline limit?

Starting the game I felt like it was more than enough, but now that I'm getting into the nitty gritty of designing my town, 8 feels like far too few given how many levels we can add Maybe if the entrances to everything didn't have an odd number of squares so one lines up I wouldn't be so annoyed

I'm already at 4 inclines and I'm a bit worried if 8 is enough. I'm trying to be creative with my terraforming however to try and mitigate the need for a million inclines.

i could do way more nice entrance for stuff like museum, my house, secret beach

I like having a limit because it makes you have to think outside the box. 8 will always be enough as long as you're good at planning.
Having said that though I wouldn't mind one more...

i wish we could have more than 8. i feel like they give us the option to do all these cool levels, but then we are limited.

So many of us are struggling with only eight inclines, and I have to wonder: is anyone actually struggling with the 8 bridge limit?!?!

i really wish we had more or maybe 16 total structures rather than 8 bridges and 8 inclines. i don't think i'll need 8 bridges..

At first 8 sounded like a ton, especially compared to NL. Wasn't the limit for bridges in NL 3 or 4? I forget the exact number.

But yeah, I agree. I'm only at 2 inclines built currently, but I do wonder if I'll run into the limit. I am keeping the limit for bridges and inclines in mind while building. I'm hoping to design in such a way that 8 max would be OK. But it's hard to tell when I don't have the full picture in my brain yet and am building as I go.

Having said that though I wouldn't mind one more...

I feel like having 8 actually limits some creativity / flexibility though. One of the biggest draws of ACNH was the height creation with terraforming and limiting that to the 8 inclines (often times needing to use 2 if you have some a bit expansive) or using the painfully slow ladder mechanic kindave almost incentives us to not use them much.

I hate the limit because I love doing things with multiple inclines in the same area
For example, I'm already using 4 just for the museum... It looks suuuper nice, but I have to use my last ones wisely

If you have 8 inclines, are you still allowed to put down 8 bridges, or do they share as one thing since they're both in the same category when you want to build a bridge/incline?
